  1. Starry was one of the first internet service providers to join the FCC’s pledge to “Keep Americans Connected” when it was first introduced a couple of weeks ago. As part of this pledge, Starry suspended cancellation of service due to nonpayment as it relates to COVID-19 (Starry Internet)
  2. Starry is also actively working to expand its Starry Connect program (low-cost program for residents in affordable & public housing) to ensure communities with little to no connectivity have reliable internet access (Starry Internet)
  3. Starry is providing all their Starry Connect customers with free internet service until the end of May (Starry Internet)
