  • Doug Ducey passed an executive order requiring all localities to seek approval from the state government before issuing orders regarding stay-at-home, shelter-in-place, or business closures, as well as establishing most businesses as “essential” in the event of issuing a state-wide order to stay at home. Cases in Arizona have exceeded 400 as of 3.25.2020 (AZGovernor)
